What is your process for custom orders ?Our process for custom orders is designed to ensure we deliver high-quality, tailored results that meet your unique needs. Here’s a step-by-step overview of how it works: 1. Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, requirements, and objectives. This can be done via email, phone, or a virtual meeting. During the consultation phase, I also send a design questionnaire to learn more about your business needs. 2. Proposal: Based on the consultation, we create a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. We ensure that all your requirements are addressed and provide an estimated delivery date. After sending a proposal, if you accept it, I send an invoice. 3. Concept Development: Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is paid or the invoice is paid in full, I send the client portal link and our design team gets to work on developing initial concepts. For example, if you’re in the pet, tech, or gaming industry, our designers will incorporate relevant elements to match your industry. 4. Feedback and Revisions: We present the initial concepts to you for feedback. We value your input and make necessary revisions to align the design with your expectations. This iterative process continues until you are completely satisfied with the results. 5. Finalization: After the design is approved, we prepare all final deliverables in the required formats. We also provide support with the implementation of the designs on your website, marketing materials, or any other platforms. Clients can also ask me to print the items for you, and I will ship them to you. 6. Delivery and Support: We deliver the final project files and remain available for any support or further adjustments you might need post-delivery to ensure that the designs work seamlessly for your business. Our professional approach, combined with our expertise in the pet, tech, and gaming industries, ensures that your custom order is handled with the utmost care and precision.
