Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Booking and Payment Terms Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and start the project. For projects under $250, full payment is required upfront. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or launch. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure online platforms, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay the invoice on time may result in cancellation of the booking. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Client Cancellations: If a project is canceled within 24 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued (minus any payment processing fees). After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced. Designer Cancellations: If the designer cancels the project for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made. Project Abandonment: If the client does not provide required materials, feedback, or approvals within the agreed timeframe, the project may be marked as abandoned. Abandoned projects will not be eligible for refunds, and additional fees may apply for restarting the project. 3. Timelines and Deadlines Delivery Estimates: Estimated project completion timelines will be provided during the consultation. Delays caused by late client submissions, revisions, or approvals may extend the timeline. Late Delivery Policy: If the designer is unable to meet the agreed deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified immediately, and an updated timeline will be provided. In cases of significant delays (more than 14 days), clients may request a partial refund or discount. 4. Revisions Revision Limits: Projects include up to 3 revisions unless otherwise stated in the package details. Additional revisions will be billed at $XX per revision. Revision Timeframe: All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft. Failure to request revisions within this timeframe will result in final delivery, and additional changes will be treated as a new project. 5. File Delivery and Ownership Final Files: All final deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.).
